1The chosen design is prepared and applied to the t-shirt using methods like screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), or heat transfer. The shirts are then dried and quality-checked to ensure the print is clean, aligned, and durable.
2Each t-shirt goes through a final inspection for any defects in fabric, stitching, or print. Once approved, the shirt is neatly folded to maintain its shape during shipping.
3The folded t-shirt is placed in branded or protective packaging (poly mailers or boxes). Labels, tags, or inserts like thank-you cards or care instructions may also be added.
4 The package is weighed, labeled, and handed over to a shipping carrier. Tracking details are generated and sent to the customer for order monitoring until delivery.
